Q1:What are big companies doing in order to be more socially responsible? A1:They are not cutting down on their Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) programmes. In fact, some companies have even stepped up their efforts which is according to CSR Asia, a Hong Kong-based firm which aims to promote good corporate citizenship in this region. Besides this, communication's group Sing Tel's CSR programme has divided into four quadrants which it includes the Community in which supports initiatives focusing on youth and education Q2:How important it is to be socially responsible? And do you think it is still possible to make a social impact during the recession? A2:My answer would be yes because if everyone in this Earth, not just the companies do their job like cutting down on the usage of paper, replant the trees that we had destroyed, donate money to the poor and the needy, taking part in the Earth Day which helps to reduce the amount of electricity used, then I think that this would make a lot of difference to this world. Others may think this is.......useless but they don't know that by doing this we could actually heal this world that is in crisis like global warming.

Q1:what are some of the things that schools in Singapore are doing in order to take care of the environment? A1: Some things that schools in Singapore are doing in order to preserve the environment, for example is to educate their pupils to reduce, reuse and recycle used materials like glass, paper and plastics. Besides this, some students from Elias primary bring their own fruits from home as part of a healthy eating exercise and then get to throw fruit waste into the worm compost bins, which convert food waste into fertilisers. Other than these, schools are including environmental educations during their lessons such as geography, science and social studies. Q2:Do you think one person's effort in reducing, reusing and recycling will make a difference in saving the environment? What steps have you taken in the effort to save the earth? NO! Only a person will not make a difference but if everyone reduce reuse recycle... the environment will be safer and it'll be clean and green and the steps are to promote campaigns about clean and green and conduct activities to promote clean and green teach evryone about clean ad green....

Q1:How does the treatment programme of the Singapore Prison Service help sex offenders? A1:In prison, sex offenders will first be assessed on factors that shape their likelihood to re-offend, such as how deviant their sexual habits are, their attitudes towards sex offences, and their history. I think that with these treatment the sex offenders will not to make their same mistakes again and instead, doing the right things and helping others in the society. This is a programme that works successfully on others except for an offender, named Bala Kuppusamy. The programme has failed to work on him. Q2:Do you think that sex offenders should be given a second chance in the society? State your reasons. No!. They should Be hanged to death so that they wont disturb us,women again....I also think that sex offenders should be given a second chance in the society. The reason is because everyone makes mistakes. No one in this world is perfect. This may help them not to make their same mistakes again and instead, doing the right things and helping others in the society. The sex offenders action may be unforgivable but everyone deserves a second chance to redeem themselves.

Q1.What is illegal logging ? A1.Illegal logging is the harvest, transportation, purchase or sale of timber or wood products which is against the law. Illegal logging may be found in other countries probably because of money or food. Illegal logging may lead to deforestation which help to the increase in global warming. If you are unable to follow these laws or are caught doing it, you may be fined or jailed. Q2.What can you do to stop the Sumatran tiger from extinction I will report if i see poacher trying to kill sumatran tiger.I would play my part by not being an illegal logger, poaching as this would destroy the environment and homes of animals especially those who are facing extinction like the sumatran tigers. The government should deploy police to stop poachers from entering a place where animals are at risks. I will try to persuade others to protect the environment as it is not just important to the animals but also to us. If we continue not to save the environments, i would say many animals would face the threat of extinction and putting ourselves in danger as some animals play a part in our lives.

I would try my best to advise him to stop taking ketamine and also tell him the bad things that might happen if he continue to take ketamine. I would try to remind him and talk to him politely about his family and friends if he were to take ketamine. Besides this, I will also try and talk to him about going for drug rehabilitation as this was for his own good but if he refuse, I will ask him to seek help from a professional like doctors or even someone who he can trust that are against drugs.

Q1) in the last line, what did the writer mean by suggesting that “he may have found more porcupines than rats?”Q2) what’s worth giving up your life for?Q2) I would rather devote my life in accomplishing my dreams than defending the country itself. I admit that I myself is one of the “rats” who are scared of dying while defending my country, but I have my reasons .Firstly, I do not have any confidence in Singapore’s armed forces as we Singaporeans are not big in numbers and if any countries invade us , all of us wouldn’t hold our ground for long , so why bother defending our nation when it is ready to fall apart when an invasion occur and turn our nation into a fiery abyss when you could immigrate to a better environment and enjoy long lasting peace?. Another reason is that I think war a waste of time as it can occur for months, or even years. If you chose to leave the country, maybe you already had a successful career. By the time the war had ended, it left families broken and sorrows.
